• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
• Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
• Refund Issuance: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days once the inspection is complete. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:

• New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
